Sound familiar?

Nobody picks Excel as their business system. You get there one sheet at a time.

Typical situations for someone running a business on Excel
Stock lives in a file with fourteen tabsand the right quantity is in exactly one of them, but nobody remembers which.
Quotes start from a Word templatewith prices copied by hand from a pricelist that exists in two versions.
Shifts get decided on WhatsAppand then somebody copies them into the sheet, when they remember to.
There is one file only one person opensand when they are on holiday, the work waits.
Deadlines live in a column coloured yellowwhich works as long as somebody looks at it every morning.
Customers are a list of names and numberswith no history: what they bought, what they asked for, when they come back.

How many hours are you leaving in there?

Count only the time spent entering, copying, checking and looking for data. Not the time spent using it.

What changes

Custom business software doesn't add work. It removes what you do twice.

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes you two minutes.

  1. You send me the file on WhatsApp

The sheet you actually use, messy is fine. If you'd rather, tell me out loud how you work. Nothing to prepare.

  2. I review it and tell you what it can become

Within 24 hours you get a concrete proposal: what to automate, what to leave as it is, how long it takes. With a clear quote before we start. If it isn't worth it, I'll say so.

  3. I build the system and import your data

You start with the history you already have in Excel, not from scratch. I stay alongside you at launch until you and your team use it without thinking about it.

I've been writing business software for more than ten years: for finance companies, for sports clubs, for three-person businesses with a stockroom. I've seen enough spreadsheets to know what they hide.

There is no agency in between. You talk to the person writing the code, from the first message to the last update.

I don't sell a finished product you have to fit into. I build around the way you work now.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to throw away my Excel files?
No. I import the data into the system and you start with your history. Excel stays for what it's good at: analysis, charts, exports. It just stops being the place where the business lives.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you manage and how many sheets we replace, which is exactly why reviewing the file is free. First I understand the work, then you get a clear, fixed quote before we start. No surprise subscription, no features billed by usage.
What do you do with the file I send you?
I'm the one who looks at it, and I don't share it with anyone. It doesn't end up in any database: the site doesn't have one, and the file stays in the WhatsApp chat. If you'd rather, send me a version with the customer names removed: to understand how the sheet is built that is more than enough. And if at some point you want it deleted, I'll delete it.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. I give you the exact time in the proposal, along with the quote. A single sheet with customers and deadlines is faster than a stockroom with pricelists and suppliers.
I'm not a technical person. Can I actually use it?
Yes: the system is built around how you already work, so it will feel familiar. I stay with you at launch, and your team learns alongside you. If a step is awkward, I change it.
Why not an off-the-shelf system?
If one exists that does exactly what you need, I'll tell you during the review and you should buy it. But most businesses have three or four quirks that generic products don't cover, and you end up with Excel sitting next to the system. Custom means those quirks are inside it.
Where is my data kept?
On a server in Europe, with automatic backups. The data is yours: you can export it to Excel whenever you want. Nobody uses it for anything else.
What if I'm not convinced after the review?
Nothing: the review is free and commits you to nothing. You still walk away with an honest picture of what you could simplify.
